Quick Reference Instructions
We use Click4Advisor for our Instant Readings platform. To get your Instant Reading, follow these 3 simple steps...
1. To begin, Register as a New Caller Account, and make a deposit to fund your account.
2. Select a Psychic or Medium for a reading on our Instant Readings Page by choosing their green (available) Phone, Chat or Video button.
3. When a window pops open, just follow the instructions to complete get your reading.
Your account balance will be deducted in real-time for the number of minutes you speak to the psychic or medium per his/her minute rate. If your balance runs down to 1 minute left, you will receive an alert and have the option to add more money to continue the reading. If your balance depletes and you are disconnected, you can login to your account and deposit more funds to get another reading.
For Customer Service: Log on to your Click4Advisor User account, click on the HELP button, and the support contact info is at the bottom of page. You should contact Click4Advisor for any credit card issues or requests.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE INSTANT READING FEATURE
QUESTION: What is the Instant Reading feature?
The Instant Reading feature on Best Psychic Directory allows you to get a reading on-demand via Phone, Chat or Video from participating psychics and mediums on the directory -- provided their Instant Phone or Instant Chat or Video buttons indicate that they are available at the time.
Psychics and mediums are AVAILABLE when their button says "Get An Instant PHONE Reading" or "Get An Instant CHAT Reading." Psychic mediums are NOT AVAILABLE when their button says "Arrange for PHONE Reading" or "Arrange for a CHAT Reading."
If you don't want an Instant Reading or a psychic's or medium's Instant Reading buttons do not indicate that they are available, you can still call or email them directly to schedule an in-person or phone reading with them for a future date.
QUESTION: What is Click4Advisor?
Click4Advisor is the service we use to enable our Instant Reading system. We pay for their technology to provide this Instant Reading service to our visitors. Once you click on the Instant Reading buttons, a small pop-up window with appear from Click4Advisor. The entire process is operated by Click4Advisor, including Registration and credit card transactions, so Instant Readings also provide you with privacy and anonymity -- the psychic mediums do not have access to your personal identity (only your User name).
QUESTION: Can anyone use the Click4Advisor Instant Reading system?
Yes, if you haven't already, you must REGISTER with Click4Advisor to use the Instant Reading system. You only need to do this once to get Instant Phone or Chat Readings from all the psychics and mediums on the directory. Just click on an Instant Phone or Instant Chat Reading button, then click where it reads "New Callers: Click To Register Now" (phone button) or "New Clients: Click To Register Now" (chat button). Now just fill out the form to Register. It's simple.
What we love about the Click4Advisor Instant Reading system is that you initially set your budget for readings so you can't spend more than you can afford. The system will prompt you to add more money when your budget gets low during a reading (when one minute is left), but later it will stop the reading once you've spent your budget (for your protection). Minutes will not be charged for the time spent adding money during the call.
QUESTION: How do I get an Instant Phone Reading with a psychic or medium on Best Psychic Directory?
Once registered (and after you've made a deposit to your account), you can get an Instant Phone reading two ways.
1. The first way to get an Instant Phone reading is to click on the Instant Phone Reading button that says "Get An Instant PHONE Reading". After the pop-up window opens, type in your Username, password and phone number. Then click on the "Call on Phone" button within the same pop-up window. Click4Advisor's computerized system will automatically call you (on the phone number you entered). After you hear a voice prompt on your telephone, you'll be connected to the psychic or medium whom you are calling. You have 30 seconds with the psychic before you begin getting charged (to protect you in the rare case that you get a voice mail message instead of the live psychic).
2. The second way to get an Instant PHONE reading is to dial 1-888-626-7386. The automated system will ask you for a) Your ID number & PIN (that you got when you Registered--see email they sent you) and b) the psychic's ID number, which you'll find in the middle-bottom area of the button's pop-up window.
QUESTION: Does it cost extra to use the Dial-In service?
No. There is no extra cost for using the Dial-In service, and every activity that is initiated through the Dial-In service is completely integrated with the Click4Advisor Internet system.
QUESTION: How do I get an Instant CHAT Reading with a psychic or medium?
Once registered (and after you've made a deposit to your account), you can get an Instant Chat Reading. Just click on the psychic's or medium's Instant Chat Reading button that says "Get And Instant CHAT Reading" and then click on the button in the pop-up window that reads "Start Chat Session." Wait for the psychic or medium to accept (you are not charged while waiting). The first minute after they accept is free.
QUESTION: Can I call one of the psychics or mediums if I live outside the USA or Canada?
This depends on the psychic or medium advisor. If they have allowed callers from your country to call him or her, then you will find your country listed in the Pop-Up Page. If you do not see your country listed but are interested in talking to the psychic or medium, we suggest sending that person an email through the Pop-Up Page email link to see if they'll enable your country.
QUESTION: How do I access the Dial-In service if I am located outside the USA/Canada?
For people/Users outside the USA/Canada, you should call 1-510-897-1288 to access dial-in service.
QUESTION: Can I "search" for psychic or medium advisors through the 1-800 Dial-In service?
Yes. The 1-800 Dial-In service has a ‘Find an Advisor’ search function. Option 4 allows you to Find an Advisor either by hearing lists of targeted Advisors or by inputting the first few letters of a specific Advisor.
QUESTION: Is my personal information safe?
Yes, all your information is safe. Your name, telephone number, email address, and billing information are protected because they are never revealed to the psychic or medium advisors. The only information displayed to a psychic or medium advisor is your Username and the only way they can contact you is through the Click4Advisor Message Center.
QUESTION: How much does an Instant Phone or Chat Reading cost?
Every psychic and medium is able to choose their own rate per minute, so each reader's price will be different. They're even allowed to charge different rates for Phone Readings, Chat Readings and Video Readings. If you click on their Instant Reading buttons, you can read on the window that pops up how much they charge.
QUESTION: What happens if I call a psychic or medium who is supposed to be 'Available', but I get an answering machine or otherwise cannot reach her/him? Am I charged?
In order to prevent accidental charges due to Advisors' inaccessibility specifically during times of advertised availability (they sometimes might forget to log off as Available), Click4Advisor utilizes a 30-Second Buffer Zone. The Buffer Zone allows you to be connected to a psychic or medium advisor's phone line for up to 30 seconds without being charged. This also covers the unlikely case when you might get a a wrong number (the wrong phone number was typed into the system by the psychic, for example) and so you have to discontinue the call. In this case, as long as you hang up within 30 seconds, you will not be charged for the call.
QUESTION: What is 'Request An Immediate Callback' (seen on pop-up window) and how does it work?
When the psychic or medium advisor you are trying to reach is busy or unavailable, you can 'Request An Immediate Callback' and get connected the moment the advisor becomes available again. This saves you the hassle of having to continuously check to see if the psychic or medium is free.
There are two ways you can 'Request A Callback'. The first is online by clicking the 'Request An Immediate Callback' from the psychic or medium advisor pop-up window, filling out the request form, and submitting it. The second is by calling the Dial-In service and following the voice prompts.
QUESTION: How can I email a psychic or medium advisor?
You can email any psychic or medium by logging into your User account or by clicking on the 'Email to Advisor' link in the psychic or medium advisor's popup window, which will direct you to your User account. Go into the Message Center section and click on Create New Message. Enter in the psychic or medium "advisor's" name and submit your message when done.
QUESTION: How do I leave feedback for a psychic ?
There are three ways to give feedback regarding your reading with a psychic. The first is to leave a Review at the bottom of the psychic's or medium's directory page on Best Psychic Directory.
The second is to simply click on the Feedback link that is in the pop-up window display once you connect to the call.
The third is by logging in to your User account, going to your Usage Transaction section, and finding the particular psychic or medium "advisor" and the Call (reading) you want to provide feedback on.
On the far right of the display, there is a 'Feedback' column. If you have not provided feedback yet for your chosen transaction, then the entry will read 'waiting'. Click on 'waiting' and then enter your feedback.
When you have completed your feedback, the entry in the Feedback column of the display will read 'submitted'. Users can only submit feedback with respect to calls that have resulted in a valid transaction. The feedback should be provided within 7 calendar days of the transaction. Any feedback from calls that fall in to the 30-Second Buffer Zone will not be recorded (calls that last 30 seconds or less).
QUESTION: How do I add more money to my account?
Just login to your User Web Interface or call 1-888-626-7386 to make a deposit to your account. You also have the option to add money during a call with an advisor. When there is one minute remaining, a voice prompt will ask you to press 1 to add more money to continue the call. Minutes will not be charged for the time spent adding money during the call.
QUESTION: How can I view my history of deposits and call activity?
You will need to log into your User account to view both the history of your deposits and call activities. For deposits made, go into Deposit Summary under your Deposit Transactions section. You will be able to select a date to view when deposits were made into your account and for what amount.
For history of call activities, go into your Usage Transaction section to see a complete listing of details for each transaction made. The details will list the time and date the call was made, the name of the psychic or medium advisor you called, the minutes spent talking, and the amount debited from your account balance.
QUESTION: How do I resolve a disputed call?
You must send a message from your Web Interface to the Advisor within 48 hours of the call. Also, you should send a similar message to 'Admin' recipient so that we can put a hold on the transaction till the dispute is resolved. Charges shall be calculated solely based on records maintained by SPG Solutions (Click4Advisor). SPG Solutions reserves the right to credit your account, in full or part, for the disputed transaction in question. Credit will be issued to your account for use toward subsequent calls. Reimbursement limit is two (2) transactions per month with a maximum of $10 per transaction.
