The founder of this directory is Bob Olson, a former skeptic and private investigator who has researched psychics and mediums since 1999. Bob is the editor of OfSpirit.com Magazine and founder of BestPsychicMediums.com and GriefAndBelief.com.

Once a cynical skeptic, Bob met his first legitimate psychic medium in January of 1999. This medium conveyed messages from Bob's deceased father and grandmother that were incredibly accurate, including details such as names, dates and information about his life that this stranger (the psychic medium) could never have known. This reading literally changed Bob's life and he has now been researching psychics and psychic mediums since that fateful day.

 

Earlier in his life, Bob Olson had been ripped-off by phony psychics during a time when he was desperate and vulnerable. He now provides all his online resources so that people will know where to find gifted and reputable psychics and psychic mediums and not get burned by fakes, charlatans, and even inexperienced practitioners who do not know how to use their gift responsibly.

Bob Olson, the founder of this directory, has been testing psychics and psychic mediums since 1999 and has since tested hundreds of psychics and mediums from around the world. Although the psychics and psychic mediums who Bob personally recommends are listed on BestPsychicMediums.com (which is a different site from this directory), those who have been "Tested As Legitimate" and are listed on that other site (BestPsychicMediums.com) have passed his 15-point test for legitimacy to ensure the public that their gift is real.

 

The only psychics and mediums who have been tested by Bob Olson as having a legitimate gift are on a special list. You can view that list by clicking here.

 

SCAM WARNING: People need to be careful of greedy scam artists who are pretending to be legitimate psychics or psychic mediums. These frauds are good at deceiving people, especially people who are grieving or going through a desperate time in life. What's The Difference Between A Psychic & A Medium?

 

In brief, "psychics" obtain information by intuitively reading energy (for instance, your aura).
